RULES FOR ELECTION

 By authorization of the Board of Directors of the Trading Card Hall of Fame, LLC, the TCHOF Collective is authorized to hold an election every year for the purpose of electing trading cards to The Trading Card Hall of Fame from the submissions and requests provided as outlined below. 

Electors will meet any of the following criteria:

1. Current employee of a recognized grading company
2.  Current Employee of a current Trading Card Company
3.   Current trading Card Shop Owner.
4.   An Active member of the Trading Card Community as nominated by an active voter and reviewed by the TCHOF Collective.

Card considered for nominations to be eligible must meet the following requirements:

1. Card must be officially licensed in some capacity and gradable by one of the recognized card grading companies (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC)
2. A card submitted for nomination may be validated by one or more of the recognized grading companies prior to inclusion in the nominee list.
3. The nominated card must have been released at least twenty years (20) prior to the consideration year.
4. Nominations can be submitted by the public or from active voters and will be considered based on eligibility listed above.

Learn about our educational programs for students of all ages, including school field trips, teacher resources, and online learning opportunities. We also offer professional development for educators.

1.  Submitted nominations will be reviewed and screened by the TCHOF Collective and cards receiving multiple nominations will be added to the nominated voting list.
2. An elector will vote for ten (10) eligible nominees. Write-in votes are not permitted.
3. The top ten (10) voted nominees will be enshrined each year.

 Voting shall be based upon the nominated cards’ relevance or historical value in the hobby.  

 Voting will be completed by December 31st for the following year’s enshrinement. 

The results of the election shall be certified by a representative of the TCHOF Collective and an officer of The Trading Card Hall of Fame, LLC. The announcement and publication will take place by March 1st of the enshrinement year.  

 The Board of Directors of The Trading Card Hall of Fame, LLC reserves the right to revoke, alter or amend these rules at any time.
