Card Biography
This card features two young, promising pitchers from the Mets organization from the late 1960s. While one would go on to have a solid career, the other became an outright legend. As Nolan's legend grew, the value of this card skyrocketed. What was a meager find in the early 80s became one of the hottest cards as his accolades kept piling up. No other pitcher in major league history has as many strikeouts or no-hitters as Nolan Ryan and there are few baseball cards that command the attention that this one receives.
